SHIPPING 

Please note that all delivery dates are approximate and apply to working days (excluding Bank Holidays). Whilst we will do everything to speed your delivery, we cannot be responsible if your order is delivered late.

UK Delivery

Standard Shipping (2-3 working days) is free to UK addresses

Next Working Day Delivery - for orders placed before midday - £9.75

Next Working Day Delivery - for orders placed before midday and arriving by 12 - £17.00

International Shipping 

We offer a Standard International Delivery Service (10-15 days) for non-UK addresses charged at the below rates.

The relevant International Shipping charge will automatically be added to your shopping bag when you input your Shipping Address details and select the correct country.

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gilbraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Romania, Czech Republic and Vatican City.

Rest of the World - £20.00
Australia, Bahrain, Barbados, Canada, Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Korea, Kuwait, Malaysia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, United States of America and Virgin Islands.

We can only deliver to a property address and cannot despatch your order without a local contact number for delivery. The phone number is required in order for customs to contact you regarding Tax/Duty charges if applicable.

RETURNS 

All items sent to UK addresses must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

All items sent abroad must be returned within 21 days of receiving the order.

Costs of all returned goods (UK and abroad)  are at the clients expense, unless an item is being exchanged. 

Garments must be returned new, unused and in the original packaging with all garment tags and labels still attached. 

Once we have received your returned item(s), we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned goods. Please allow 10 working days for your return to reach us. We cannot be held responsible for item(s) lost in transit. We strongly suggest that you take out parcel insurance.

We will inspect the returned item(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per the Returns Policy, we will process your return request within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and will send you further email notification to confirm this.

EXCHANGES

All exchange orders are sent free of additional postage charge. 

Please email returns@ateliermorganmarsh.com to receive a postage label.

Please note exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size or colour and are subject to stock availability.

If you would like to exchange for another style please indicate on the form included with your order and we will be in touch to make the payment adjustment.
